Friday Night Dinner

Dinner reservations will be accepted for this traditional Friday Night Dinner. The buffet always offers a selection of mouth watering items and Founders becomes a welcome retreat after a day or skiing or that long drive north. The menu will be posted when it is available and a separate children's meal option will be available in Rendezvous with an activity and supervision.

Prosciutto wrapped romaine with shaved parmesan
Thai mango shrimp & coriander
Double smoked bacon coleslaw with three mustard dressing
Petit spinach drizzled with sherry vinaigrette, stilton & walnuts
Chicken liver terrine with toast points
Smoked salmon with assorted garnishes
Tuscan pasta salad
Station Two
Spanish paella with saffron and shellfish
Apple cider marinated pork loin with Normandy apples
Roast leg of lamb with fresh mint sauce
Roasted striploin with a pan dripping reduction
Eggplant parmigiano
Cauliflower Mornay
Chive brown butter new potatoes
Desserts
Assorted cakes
Assorted pastries
Crepe Suzette
World of cheeses with grapes & apple jelly
