Dinner reservations will be accepted for this traditional Friday Night Dinner with a special twist as we prepare for the biggest party on the Escarpment. The buffet alwas offer a selection of mouth watering items. As always the slideshow of past Lively Cup's is a big hit with the audience.

Ace bakery breads with butter & spring herb olive oil
Peppered seared tuna with an Asian drizzle
Lemon dusted sea scallops
Cold water shrimp cocktail with assorted dips
East Coast smoked salmon with capers & red onions
Tender Boston leaf lettuce with zesty crumble blue cheese dressing
Early season asparagus with tarragon mayonnaise
Grape tomatoes, torn basil with a balsamic reduction
Curry crab eggs
Station Two
Slow roasted prime rib au jus with Yorkshire pudding
Flashed seared perch fillets on shitake mushrooms & wilted spinach with brushed truffle butter
Stuffed shrimp & cheese pasta with a lobster cream sauce
Duck a'la orange
Yukon gold mashed potatoes
French green beans with double smoked bacon & rubbed thyme
