Welcome to the Online Registration for Programs at The Georgian Peaks Club! Here you may select all the programs for your entire family (under one Master Member Number) and pay with your credit card online. Have a look through the Program Brochure to see all the programs offered. (The Program Brochure has been mailed in paper to the members and is also available online). Before starting the registration process please be ready with your Master Member Number, credit card, and athelete information (ie. day, month and year of birth and emergency contact information). You may want to print out this page to have handy throughout the process.
Step 1: Fill Up Your 'Shopping Basket'
Browse through the online Program Brochure to see all the different options available. Put a checkmark next to all the programs that anyone in your family would like to join by clicking on the small checkbox next to the program code. (Choices can be deleted later if you change your mind before paying.)
Once you are satisfied that you have selected all the programs for your family (under one Master Member Number), scroll to the bottom of the Program Brochure page and click on the button called "Register Now for These Choices".
Step 2: Assign Programs from your 'Shopping Basket' to Individual Members of your Family
The Master List shown at the top of the Registration Page shows all the programs you have selected for your family.
If you would like to add or remove programs to your list click on your browser's "Back" button to go back to the Program Brochure page. Checkmark any selections you missed or remove unwanted checkmarks by clicking on the checkmark again. Then, as in Step 1, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the button called "Register Now for These Choices".
Step 3: Choose Programs for an Individual Athelete
Starting with one athelete in mind, put a checkmark next to all the programs that individual wishes to participate in and click on the button marked "SIGN UP These Programs for the Following Athelete".
Step 4: Fill Out the Athelete Information Form
After completing Step 3 a new table will appear beneath the Master List showing the selections you have made for that individual athelete. If this is incorrect simply go back to the Master List and checkmark the proper choices again and click on the button marked "SIGN UP These Programs for the Following Athelete" again.
Fill out the information on the form for the individual athelete. When complete click on the "Submit this Athelete" button at the bottom of the form.
Step 5: Choose Programs and Enter Athelete Information for Remaing Atheletes
Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for each member of your family. (Don't forget to click on the "Submit this Athelete" button after each athelte's information is filled out).
Step 6: Proceed to Summary Page
When all the members of your family have been registered for their program choices scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link marked "Click Here to Continue".
Step 7: Review your Selections
The Summary Pages shows all the atheletes, the programs they are signing up for and your total cost. The list is shown alphabetically by first name. If you wish to remove any selection simply click on the "X" remove button next to the item.
If you wish to add another program or athelete click on your browser's "Back" button until you reach the Program Brochure page to add new programs, or until you reach the Registration Page to add another athelete or program. Then proceed with the process as outlined in the previous steps. Current selections will remain (unless removed with the "X" button).
Step 8: Agree to Waiver
When you are satisfied with your selections click on the button marked "Continue to Checkout" which will take you to the Waiver page. Before you can continue the checkout process you must agree to the waiver. Whether you sign up for a program in person, by mail, fax or online you are required to agree to the waiver. Please read the waiver carefully and click on the "I Agree" button to proceed.
Step 9: Proceed to Checkout
Once you have agreed to the waiver it will take you into a Security Protected area of the website to the Checkout area. Here you may enter your credit card information with complete assurance of safety. The data submitted on this page is digitally encrypted using the highest level of technology available on the Internet.
Step 10: Fill out the Payment Information
Fill out the payment information form. The fields marked with a red * must be filled out. Click on the "Submit" button to complete the checkout process.
Your information is held securely and made available only to Maggie Kennedy the Alpine office at Georgian Peaks. Maggie will then authorize and submit your credit card information. The credit card transaction must be approved before the registration is completed, at which time you will be notified by email.
