Privacy

To make an Album that you have posted private, hover your cursor over the little arrow box right beside the Album Name. A menu will appear with options: Edit, Hide, Delete, Access, Activity, Settings

Click on "Access". On the right column of the display, you will see "This Item is Public". Click on "Make Private". The default is all Members of the club can see your photos.

If you want to change this to only specific Members such as your family or close friends, then click on the "check mark" next to Members and it will go away. Scroll down and press "Save". Now click on the Members Tab next to Groups. This gives you a list of all 1000+ Members of that belong to the website. Use the Search Members or the first alphabet letter of the last name to quickly find who you want. Click the "read" or "write" radio button to give then access and then scroll down and click "Save". Don't click on "full" because then they can delete your pictures. You must "Save" after each action. If you go from one member to the next without saving, the previous member access will not be saved.

Display Slide Show: Here is a tip. All photo albums can be shown as a slide show. Just click on the slide show button in the right hand corner and sit back and enjoy.
