We do plan on Joining, and will slip in within the deadline.
But one thing, I do feel compelled to say -- we love the Peaks -- the atmosphere, the hills, the family attitude...
But we also found that one of your most important attributes is the staff. We can honestly say that everyone we dealt with had an absolutely wonderful disposition -- a smile on their face, taking the time to address us by our name, always helpful...
I spend a lot of time talking to organizations about how to build an effective culture that is focussed on "customer care", and based on what we saw with your staff, everyone who works at the Peaks does an absolutely wonderful job in the way that they deal with the members.
That, I think as well as all the other wonderful attributes, is what has helped to convince us to join as life members.

Dear Rick:
On behalf of the Board of Directors and Members of the Toronto Construction Association, thanks for making this year's ski day another successful event. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate; roads were closed, we were faced with challenges but in the end, those who managed the drive had a great time.
Please extend a special thanks to Treva, as well as, Kevin and his staff; everyone was gracious and courteous and made us feel truly welcome.

This was the 11th consecutive year that the Ontario Clean Water Agency has held their ski day at the Peaks. The feedback I receive as coordinator is overwhelmingly positive year after year. I would like to recognize in particular the coordination efforts before hand and the wonderful reception and service our staff receive when arriving to sign in. The Peaks staff are excellent. We will see you again next year!
