Welcome to the Online Registration for Programs at The Georgian Peaks Club! Here you may select all the programs for your entire family (under one Master Member Number) and pay with your credit card on our secure server. Have a look through the Program Brochure to see all the programs offered. Before starting the registration process please be ready with your Master Member Number, credit card, and athlete information (ie. day, month and year of birth and emergency contact information). Directions are provided along the way but you may click here for the Help Page to access step-by-step instructions that you can print out to have handy, if needed. Once you have completed the registration process you will be contacted by email within 48 hours with a confirmation number. If, after 48 hours, you have still not received this email please contact the Alpine office at (519) 599-6771 ext. 263.
To get started browse through the Program Brochure to see all the different options available. Put a check mark next to all the programs that anyone in your family would like to join by clicking on the small checkbox next to the program code. (Choices can be deleted later if you change your mind before paying.)
Once you are satisfied that you have selected all the programs for your family (under one Master Member Number), scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the button called "Register Now for These Choices" and simply follow the directions provided.
MAILED/FAXED REGISTRATIONS: If you are not comfortable with registering online you can complete the registration form provided with the paper brochure you received in the mail. For a printable version click here for the Program Brochure or faxable Form. These may be sent in by fax or mail, in accordance with the date deadlines set out below. Non-online payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheque or cash. Confirmation of mailed/faxed registrations will not be provided.
PAYMENT DEADLINES:
Any program registration form (online, mail or fax) plus payment received on or before November 1, 2007 will be charged the cost indicated under the program code (same deadline applies to post-marked mail).
Any program registration plus payment received after November 1, but on or before December 1, 2007, will be charged the cost indicated under the program code plus 20% (same deadline applies to postmarked mail).
Any program registration form plus payment received after December 1, 2007, will be charged the cost indicated under the program code plus 20%, plus an additional $100 late charge. If you wish to charge your Club account, this is the amount you will be charged.
Registrations received after December 1, will be put on a waiting list as program placements cannot be guaranteed (registration will not be processed until program placement is confirmed).
Original Program Registrations cannot be accepted by phone.
Any program additions or changes to the original registration form will be charged the cost indicated under the program code plus 20% regardless of when original registration form was received.
GST has been included where applicable (except snowboarding and Fri training).
Any program changes initiated by the members are subject to a $50 administration fee.
All programs are based on age as of December 31, 2007.
Registration deadline for Spring Camps is March 1, 2008. Registrations received after this time will be charged the cost indicated under the program code plus 20%.

Program Credit Policy
(As set out in Article 6.05 of Alpine Program Credit Policy)
Reasons for Policy: to provide the terms of program credit for any Member or Family Member who withdraws from an Alpine program
for whatever reason. Application: to all Members or Family Members of The Georgian Peaks Club who have signed up for an Alpine Program.
Policy Details:
Regular Season
If withdrawal occurs prior to the end of the second weekend of
the program, athlete will receive a 50 percent credit.
If withdrawal occurs at any time after the end of the second
weekend of the program, no credit will be given.
K1, K2, J1, J2 & FIS
"Fixed costs", as determined by the Alpine Committee each
season in advance -- no credit will be given.
Unused "variable costs", as determined by the Alpine Committee
each season in advance will be credited to the Member’s
account.
Camps
In order to qualify for a credit, notice of withdrawal must be
received 24 hours prior to commencement of program.
If one day of camp has been completed, no credit will be given.
Credits
Credits only (not refunds) will be issued and will be applied with
respect to skiing/snowboarding programs offered by The
Georgian Peaks Club – may be used by any Family Member for
current or subsequent season.
THE ALPINE OFFICE MUST BE ADVISED IN WRITING IMMEDIATELY WHEN SUCH A WITHDRAWAL OCCURS

SKI SCHOOL PROGRAMS - Ages 3 to 6
Realizing that young children change quickly in size, strength, ability and confidence, we would like to place more responsibility on the parents to help us with initial class placement.
Accordingly, please categorize your child honestly. If you feel your child is between groups, choose the lower group since placements are temporary and, therefore, subject to change.
Adjustments will be made the first morning to establish program groups. Further changes may be necessary and will be assessed on an "as needed" basis.

Please register your child in the level which best describes his/her ability. Final placement of children will be at the discretion of the
